cPanel bug in phpMyAdmin

Quite a few users are having issues with importing databases through phpMyAdmin as
the user in their respective cPanels. During the importation of a dump of a database
an error message will appear:

No data was received to import. Either no file name was submitted, or the file
size exceeded the maximum size permitted by your PHP configuration. See FAQ
1.16.

cPanel has mentioned that in the meantime, you can alter the following file:

/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/phpmyadmin/php.ini

The value they suggest editing is the ‘upload_tmp_dir ‘ to

upload_tmp_dir = /tmp

This does not seem to work all the time but incidentally on the other hand importing the dump
of the database as the root user through the WHM seems to be not affected by this.

Update: The changelog at http://changelog.cpanel.net appears to have been updated last evening. Here
is the fix that should correct the upload issue:

Fix:

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/updatephpmyadmin --force
/scripts/upcp --force
