Horde Database Error

Ever had an error that you know how to fix so you ran the usual scripts and then found it didn’t work? I saw
this today for a Horde Database Error:

Logging into Horde shows this:

A fatal error has occurred
DB Error: connect failed
Details have been logged for the administrator.

Running both the hordereset and fullhordereset didn’t seem to make a difference as well as reinstalling it with a force.

The error showed this during the Horde reinstall:

Resyncing Horde database items
DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Table 'horde.horde_vfs' doesn't exist at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/horde_update_usernames line 39.
DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Table 'horde.kronolith_storage' doesn't exist at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/horde_update_usernames line 39.
